Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb ground beef
- 6 slices of thick-cut bacon
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or cheese blend)
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 6 medium flour tortillas
- Optional toppings: pickles, lettuce, tomato, burger sauce
Instructions
- Cook the Bacon: In a skillet, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove, crumble, and set aside.
- Prepare the Beef: In the same skillet, sauté onions until softened. Add ground beef and cook until browned, seasoning with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Drain excess fat.

- Cook the Quesadillas: Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Cook each quesadilla for 2-3 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
- Serve: Slice and serve with optional toppings like pickles, lettuce, and sauce.
Notes
- Customization: Feel free to add your favorite burger toppings like tomatoes, pickles, or avocado.
- Alternative Cheese: Swap cheddar for Monterey Jack, smoked gouda, or a spicy pepper jack for more flavor.
- Gluten-Free Option: Use gluten-free tortillas if needed.
