- 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken (about 1 lb)
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- ½ cup buffalo sauce (like Frank’s RedHot)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- 1 green onion (for garnish, optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, ranch dressing, buffalo sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Mix until smooth and well combined.
- Add the shredded chicken and ¾ cup of the shredded cheddar cheese to the mixture. Stir until everything is combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with the remaining cheddar cheese.
- Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and the top is golden brown.
- Garnish with green onions if desired, then serve warm with tortilla chips, celery sticks, or crackers.
Notes
- Can be made ahead of time and stored in the fridge before baking.
- For a slow cooker version, mix all ingredients in the slow cooker and cook on low for 2-3 hours.
