- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
- 5 large flour tortillas
Instructions
- Prepare Chicken: Mix shredded chicken with taco seasoning.
- Make the Filling: Combine cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth. Stir in seasoned chicken, cheddar cheese, tomatoes, olives, green onions, and cilantro.
- Assemble: Spread the chicken mixture evenly over tortillas. Roll them tightly.
- Chill: Refrigerate the rolled tortillas for at least 30 minutes.
- Slice and Serve: Cut the rolls into 1-inch pinwheels and serve.
Notes
- For a spicier version, add diced jalapeños to the filling.
- To prevent sogginess, pat the diced tomatoes dry before mixing them in.
